Description
- Habit : Shrub
- Habitat : Moist deciduous forests, also in the plains
- Leaves : broadly ovate often 3-lobed, apex acute
- Flowers : greenish-yellow
- Seeds : ovoid
How to use
- Intestinal worms : The powder of seed is given in a dose of 4-5 g with hot water to induce purgation.
- Snake poisoning : Decotion of the bark and leaf is given in a dose of 25-30ml
Uses
Purgative, anti-inflammatory, digestive, anthelmintic and diuretic.
