Propagation & Cultivation
Propagation by cuttings involves selecting a healthy stem from a mature plant, about 3–4 inches long, and removing most of the leaves, leaving only one or two sets at the top. The cutting can be placed directly into moist soil or in a glass of water. When using water, change it frequently and wait for roots to develop within 1–2 weeks before transferring the cutting to soil. If planting directly in soil, keep the soil consistently moist, and roots should form within a week or two.
