How to use
- Steroid production : Dioscorea floribunda is used by harvesting its tubers, drying and powdering them, and extracting diosgenin chemically for pharmaceutical steroid production.
Propagation & Cultivation
It can be propagated through single node leaf cuttings or tuber pieces.the cuttings are quick dipped in 5000ppm.Weekly irrigation is done for first two months of planting and then according to the crop requirement.
