Propagation & Cultivation
Propagation through seeds : Start by collecting seeds in the fall, then soak them in warm water for at least two hours before planting. Plant the seeds in a small container with a moist compost mixture and place it in a sunny, consistently warm area around 70°F. If planting outdoors, choose a sunny location with neutral soil, cover the seeds with a thin layer of soil, and water generously, but avoid planting outside if temperatures may drop below 40°F. Seeds should begin to grow in two to six weeks, although some varieties may take longer
