Description
- Habit : Herb
- Habitat : Damp or wet soil,sometimes in marshes,often along sea beaches
- Leaves : glossy green, paler green below, with simple coarse white hairs
- Flowers : Borne on solitary or branched inflorescences, ray florets yellow
- Fruits : 3-cornered nuts, very small
- Stem : Rounded, rooting at nodes, stolons up to 2m in length
How to use
- A strong decoction of the whole plant is used to treat severe chest colds.
