Description
- Habit : Grass
- Habitat : grow well both in tropical and subtropical climate
- Leaves : long, thin and green, with an intense lemon-like scent.
- Flowers : on spikes
- Stems : Stiff
How to use
- For Skin : Take 2–5 drops of Lemongrass oil (as per your need), mix with a few drops of Almond or Coconut oil, and gently massage onto the skin until fully absorbed.
- For Achy Feet : Add 2 drops of Lemongrass essential oil and 2 tablespoons of Epsom salts to a tub of hot water, then soak your feet in it for 10–15 minutes for pain relief.
- For Hair : Dilute a few drops of Lemongrass oil with Almond or Coconut oil, massage into the scalp and hair, leave it for at least one hour, and then rinse off with shampoo and water.
