Description

  1. Habit : Shrub
  2. Habitat : Moist deciduous forests, also in the plains
  3. Leaves : broadly ovate often 3-lobed, apex acute
  4. Flowers : greenish-yellow
  5. Seeds : ovoid
How to use
  1. Intestinal worms : The powder of seed is given in a dose of 4-5 g with hot water to induce purgation.
  2. Snake poisoning : Decotion of the bark and leaf is given in a dose of 25-30ml
Uses

Purgative, anti-inflammatory, digestive, anthelmintic and diuretic.
