Propagation & Cultivation
Agati can be propagated by cuttings or seedlings. It has been found to be very susceptible to nematodes. It generally does not need inoculation. Protect young plants from all grazing animals.
It can be direct sown or sown into seedling trays or forestry tubes for later transplanting. It is very important to use a free-draining seed raising mix and not over-water as it is prone to damping-off in the seedling stage.
